COACH
A coach provides support specifically in the areas of evaluation, preparation, and motivation similar to an athletic coach. In my transformation role, this entails helping you get to know your self, that intimate, unique kernel of God's design you carry, and the purpose that flows from your relationship with Him.
Ephesians 2:10 is clear that we are His masterpiece created in Christ Jesus who came that we might enjoy an abundant life. An effective professional inspires personal awareness and positive growth by offering information and encouragement as you learn the skills you need and put them into practice.
Sandra's skills have been honed across generational and geographic boundaries. Her heart is to offer other women the Transformation Framework of her personal shift from Wallflower to Freedom Walker.
My coaching skills flow out of experiences with women cross-culturally over decades. The information, insights, and encouragement I offer are enhanced by my own transformation journey out of a lifetime of overwhelm, confusion, and anxiety into the knowledge that I am whole, secure, and free. Transformation from the inside out, to put off the old and put on the new, is more than possible. It's available and at hand by God's grace.

Transformation Vacay is a special, 3-day in-house experience with Sandra that blends relaxation with focus sessions. 1) Arrive, welcome, settle in. 2) Arrange up to 3-2 hour sessions per your needs and desires. 3) Review, finalize, depart. Accommodations: secluded guest room with full bath, separate entrance, and private outdoor space. Meals: all in-house meals, healthy menus with adjustments for sensitivities as is practical.
